Carved into rock, restored true to the original

Dedeli Konak is a roughly 400-year-old Ottoman mansion in Ürgüp's old quarter. Rooms are carved into the rock or built of cut stone; the carved ceilings, niches and arches are still in place.

Rooms have a jacuzzi, air conditioning and central heating, comfortable in every season. A restaurant, bar, terrace overlooking Ürgüp and parking are all on site.

How many people are the package prices for?

All package prices are for two people. The hotel quotes a third guest or a child separately.

What's the difference between Standard and Gold?

Gold adds an open buffet dinner every evening and a flying-dress photo shoot. From 3 nights up, Gold also includes everything in Standard.

Is the balloon flight included?

No, it's added separately: €450 per person. You can add it to your first morning when booking; flights depend on the weather.

What time are breakfast and dinner?

Breakfast 07:00–10:30, buffet dinner 18:00–21:00. Dedeli Restaurant is open 14:00–22:00, the bar 14:00–00:00.

Check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. If you arrive early you can leave your bags at reception.

Are the rooms warm in winter?

Yes. Rooms are centrally heated, with a jacuzzi and air conditioning.
